The previously recorded conversations have to be analysed by statistical and/or linguistic means in order to derive those factors that are crucial for a successful participation in SOCRATES. The user interface will be evaluated according to W3C WCAG guidelines. Service-oriented architecture and web toolkits such as Dojo, GWT or Prototype will be the basis of the improvements in SOCRATES system.
